far we've been pretty much defining the problem I'm an engineer undergraduate uh
0:05
my former life and uh in engineering terms a solution is only as good as the definition of a problem right um so I I
0:14
think we'll take we'll s through it very quickly though Hank because there's some overlap but Hank uh we want to encourage
0:21
all of you if you're not already on our mailing list uh please join what we do
0:26
is whenever we have something to say we put it on our website and we send to our full mailing list which is very large
0:32
takes seven or eight or nine hours to get a email out to everybody um so you
0:38
can either get on our mailing list and get these sent to you or you could just keep monitoring the website but
0:44
beginning in h December I around the middle of December uh there's an article
0:50
there entitled Summit call and and it's the first of the and
0:57
and every article it's the first article that we talk about the Continental Congress and our plan uh to conduct one
1:05
and um every article since then is sort of an update and so you're encouraged uh
1:12
to uh and as you talk to other people encourage them to read each of the
1:17
Articles because we don't go back and repeat everything and each new article has a little nugget or two that uh you
1:23
don't want to miss everything so anyway Hank uh uh read our uh first couple of um articles about
1:32
the Continental Congress and he put together a little PowerPoint presentation of his own which we're going to zip right through here uh
1:38
pretty quickly um signers of the Declaration of
1:43
Independence recognized that individual liberties are endowed by the Nature's government Creator they move to end government's violations of those
1:50
Liberties uh governments derive their just powers from the consent of the people these are essential principles
1:55
underlying our system of governance the Declaration of body's high order principes of Republican government small
2:02
R not the party the philosophy Virginia delegates to the
2:07
Constitutional Convention in 1787 commented the general object was to provide a cure for the evils under which
2:14
the United States labored that in tracing uh these evils to their origin
2:19
every man had found it in the turbulence and fies of democracy we are not a
2:27
democracy um you know when Jeff Jefferson was given the task of writing
2:33
drafting the Declaration of Independence he had ordered uh all the world famous
2:39
uh uh treaties on on on uh thesis on all of the principal forms of government by
2:46
the leading proponents of those and so forth and he had them all shipped to montelo his home and uh the founders
2:53
specifically spit out they ested this democracy form of government the rule of
2:58
uh man the rule of the wom you know of man um their objective was to map a
3:05
course uh for the enduring Republic in America that would limit government and
3:10
maximize individual freedom and liberty they adopted a constitution that guarantees to every state in the Union of Republican form of government they
3:18
knew that a democracy ruled by men not law would would self
3:24
destruct democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government it can only exist until the voters discover that
3:30
they could vote for themselves laress of the public treasury from that moment on the majority always votes for the
3:36
candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that the Democracy always collapses over
3:45
loose fiscal policy that's a quote that we obtained uh from a very wonderful
3:51
booklet U authored by Ben LaRosa from um
3:57
San Antonio he's here with us today by the way and um someone pointed out uh that they've
4:03
been checking all of the quotes in here and could not find or verify that that uh that quote so uh maybe you can talk
4:11
to me a little bit later so I can know how to respond uh to the fellow I got that email
4:17
from okay um between a balanced Republic and a democracy the difference is like
4:22
that between Order and Chaos that from John Marshall the early Chief Justice of
4:27
the United States Supreme Court remember democracy never lasts long it soon wastes exhausts and murders itself there
4:34
never was a democracy that did not commit suicide those are the words of John
4:40
Adams at no time and no place in solemn convention assembled through no uh through no chosen agents had the
4:46
American people officially proclaimed the United States to be a democracy the Constitution did not contain the word or
4:52
any word lending continent continence to it Charles Austin beard a historian so
4:59
in other words you find the word Republican form of government in the Constitution but nowhere do you find this word
5:05
democracy Founders gave clear expression to the blessings of a republican form of government you have rights antecedent to
5:11
all Earthly governments rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws rights derived from the great
5:18
legislator of the universe again John Adams so in other words to jettison the
5:24
Constitution which is what's happening now your government people in government are clearly
5:30
jetting the Constitution they're doing whatever they want to do regardless of
5:36
what the Constitution authorizes so the jettison the Constitution though is to sync the
5:41
Republic the Constitution has been abandoned by Americans elected and appointed officials since 1995 as we
5:47
pointed out uh each new uh Congress and President has arrogantly refused to
5:52
respond to repeated petitions for a remedy to these grievances they have answered the people's petitions with repeated injuries playing
6:00
both to the Mob and to those who feed at the public Financial trough that's who
6:06
they're playing to they're not playing to the Constitution they're not playing to your individual rights America has transitioned from a
6:13
republic to a democracy even while the Constitution of the United States sits in plain
6:19
sight for far too long the people have endured escalating attacks upon the rule of law and the Constitution it's
6:26
precious but fragile guarantees of individual rights freedoms liberty and justice have been compromised ironically
6:33
by the very public servants empowered and sworn uh to preserve and protect
6:38
them Constitution doesn't defend itself it just sits there that's our job who else if we don't defend it who's going
6:44
to defend it you think the media is you think those in government are going to you think Corporate America is going to
6:52
it's up to us so there's a long train of abuses as we've discussed okay the invasion of
6:58
Iraq was unconstitutional the Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional Treasury and fed bailouts are
7:03
unconstitutional a North American Union's unconstitutional Patriot Act there's a developing police state which
7:09
is unconstitutional the direct un abortion tax on labor is unconstitutional federal gun control laws the absence of a well-regulated
7:15
state Poli failure to Faithfully execute the immigration laws as we've discussed and U this natural born citizen Clause
7:23
it is unconstitutional for the government to conduct elections that do not rely on paper ballots that are hand
7:28
marked and hand counted with results announced and posted at each polling place this is key they count votes in
7:34
secret today when a machine counts your votes it's counting it in secret that's unconstitutional we are
7:42
guaranteed the right to not only vote but to know know that our votes are
7:48
being accurately counted the only way the only way to do that is hand Ballance
7:53
uh paper ballots handm marked handc counted where they then announce the results in each polling place at the end
7:59
of the day it is unconstitutional for Mr Obama to assume the office of President the
8:04
United States no matter the number of people who have voted for him thank government officials are
8:11
obligated to respond to the people's petitions for redress of grievances these violations of the Constitution
8:16
when a long train of abuses usurpations and refusals to respond to the petitions for redress of violations of the
8:22
Constitution evinces a conspiracy to transition our constitutional republic to a pure democracy or to otherwise
8:28
strip us of our liberties and reduce us to Surf them under absolute despotism it
8:34
is the right of the people to alter the government proactively non-violently and
8:39
with critical M some would argue it's your right to do it violently too but I don't think we're there
8:45
yet and now our Republic faces the spectacle of a president- elect who steadfastly refuses to produce an
8:51
original birth certificate conclusively establishing his legal status as a natural born citizen as explicitly
8:56
required by the very Constitution he will take a note to on Jan 20th to preserve protect and
9:02
defense so the questions to be answered should the people begin a process of withdrawing their resources
9:09
from those federally elected and appointed officials who have usurped the power of the people until their constitutional grievances are redressed
9:16
and the Constitution is restored and second should the people immediately submit to their governor and state
9:22
legislators model statutes for the reestablishment or revitalization of the
9:27
constitutionally mandated well regulated State bitions those two questions are
9:32
the questions that the delegates to the Constitutional uh uh the Continental
9:38
Congress in Philadelphia upcoming uh will focus on I mean they're going to review all of these violations review
9:45
all of the attempts uh to petition for redress of those Grievances and then settle on a course of action uh but
9:51
these are the these are the two questions if it was up to me it won't be but because there will be 150 delegates
9:57
there uh but uh if it was up to me uh we would the people would withdraw their support from
10:04
the federal government and would immediately on one day simultaneously in all 50 states with adequate press
10:12
conferences submit to the governors and the legislatures model statutes to revitalize uh the well-regulated state
10:20
bition because it made uh that's the only constitutional uh security those of
10:25
you who haven't read that there's a wonderful person his name is NBI for degrees from Harvard um argued in One
10:32
cases at the Supreme Court learned just how corrupt in One cases but he also learned that U what's happening his his
10:40
sister is Meredith Vieira from The Today Show and it's Ed Vieira brilliant person
10:46
I know him well um he is the foremost attorney and expert on the Federal
10:52
Reserve knows that the uh money systems bring governments down bring countries down failures of the monetary system
10:58
collap uh countries and so he did this enormous work called the pieces of a tone two
11:04
volume tone with thousands of footnotes and references and citations and the
11:09
like and determine uh without doubt that the current Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional but it uh made him
11:18
think that it is going to bring this country down and that as the country uh
11:25
uh economically um and so in 2005 he concluded that if that's true there's
11:32
going to be chaos and um the only constitutional Homeland Security is the
11:39
well-regulated state Ms and so he embarked in 2005 he's wrapping his mind
11:44
entirely around this whole issue knowing that the people knowing the only thing that's going to U Save the people from
11:52
just total tyranny and despotism um with all the trouble that's Brewing he saw it
11:58
one of the first to see it so clearly and he embarked on this um um
12:04
well-regulated State militia and uh he's publishing a series of uh three sort of
12:09
howto um books this is the first one uh it's constitutional Homeland Security
12:16
lays out it it's a tough read you got to I because he's so brilliant uh it is a
12:22
tough read um you got to read things sometimes two or three times to fully
12:28
understand you know exact you know what he's saying uh but stay with it it's 1995 you can get it from um
12:36
his website I don't know it's on here somewhere um every delegate to the convention uh uh to the uh Continental
12:44
Congress uh will have one of these and we'll have read it studied it in preparation for uh their work uh in
12:52
Philadelphia um so um those are the two okay so the
13:00
time has come uh go back yeah the time has come to temporarily set aside the Lesser issues of our lives and commit
13:07
ourselves once again to the cause of Liberty if there must be trouble Tom Payne said if there must be trouble let
13:12
it be in my day that my child may have peace the cause of America is in is in a
13:18
is in a great measure uh the cause of all mankind
13:24
than Regional meetings that's what I'm doing now this is the first one every day I'll be in another city City going
13:29
across the country back driving to everyone um we'll be speaking uh the uh
13:35
purpose of these meetings is is to I mean we we want to um and anything you
13:40
can do now uh the schedule from here on in is posted on the website do what you can we want to
13:48
uh we want attendance High attendance as high as possible at every one of these upcoming meetings this is a tour in
13:55
preparation for the Continental Congress which is up coming um we want as many
14:01
people involved uh now as we can um we want to explain why this is as we've
14:07
been doing why this is necessary how it would work um what may come of it and uh
14:14
we want to begin the process of selecting delegates we want delegates to this
14:19
constitutional I'm sorry uh Continental Congress that um have a demonstrated
14:25
passion for the Constitution they've demonstrated in their lives as authors as Scholars or
14:30
activists uh again respectable people in their Community if not pillars of the
14:35
community um we want them uh to be delegate so send your nominations we'll
14:41
put those nominations on all 50 state websites which are available through our
14:47
website and there are 3,141 County websites available through our website as well um we'll put those
14:55
nominations up there and and uh eventually people in the state States will vote for who they'd like to uh send
15:03
off to um uh to Philadelphia to be a delegate
15:10
um the um uh this is going to be very expensive uh the cost of the
15:17
Constitutional uh center of a minimum we we're Contracting for a minimum of two
15:23
weeks as much as a month uh it's $144,000 and a and $1,000 a day after
15:29
that for the first two weeks and then $1,000 a day after that that's just the beginning there's the cost of getting
15:34
all of these delegates those who can't afford uh to pay their own way uh we want the people in the states to help
15:41
them get there to do their work and then uh as a last resort this Foundation uh
15:48
will raise some money and uh will help out so uh but the cost of transporting
15:53
these delegates there and the cost of uh of lodging them and feeding them uh for
15:58
the duration uh is expensive uh the cost of U public relations U uh the country
16:06
needs to know about this they're good they're this is not a secret we're these are open covenants openly arrived at
16:13
picture this the con and all of this is on our website one of these articles that encourage you to read the
16:19
Constitution Center it's only a few years old it has a grand hall it's large
16:25
enough to set up 50 tables for three delegates from each state plus another
16:31
50 tables which will do for up to three delegates from the state legislates they
16:36
will be in invited to attend to observe not to participate unless called upon
16:41
but to to but to observe we uh recognize you know our state legislators and give
16:47
them an opportunity we know you know that they're sort of interwined with the federal government these days and and
16:53
the same political parties you know control all access to all ballots and all that kind of stuff but nonetheless
16:59
we're going to give the state legislatures an opportunity to send three delegates to observe and then
17:04
around three sides of this room will be more than adequate space for members of
17:10
the government members of the public and members of the media to come and observe not to say anything no camera shutters
17:18
no Bright Lights none of that in Philadelphia in 1774 through
17:24
1776 we would know what happened in the room had it not been for a local few local reporters that happened you know
17:31
to cover the event they came and they took notes and wrote and wrote up what they heard we on the other hand will
17:37
have um recorders and transcript full transcription of everything that goes on there all discussions debates and so
17:44
forth we'll be doing live webcasting so that the people back in the States uh in
17:49
the respective states can see and keep up to date on everything that's going on in Philadelphia and so that they UND
17:57
come to and a growing number of people people hopefully will have a come to an understanding of exactly why this is
18:04
necessary and um and and uh and and why whatever it is course of action that's
18:09
decided upon is Justified and this isn't going to work this day and age it's
18:15
almost impossible for indivi it is impossible for individuals and small groups to Prevail against our government
18:21
it's going to take people power it's going to take 5% I don't know shoot for 5% maybe you'll get more maybe less I
18:28
don't know but 15 million people is 5% of the population 15 million people
18:34
participating in whatever the course of action is is going to make a difference you know a few hundred thousand people
18:41
do it or a few thousand people uh isn't going to make any difference to the government and so it's very very
18:47
important that the people in the states know about this and they gravitate towards that website it's kind of like
18:53
the the Committees of Correspondence you gravitate towards that website and you see what um is going on in Philadelphia
19:01
and you follow all the debates and everything that's the vision that's the plan it's all very expensive one of our
19:08
objectives is is to have you start nominating delegates to this convention
19:14
and they'll be screed and and they'll be posted on the state websites but another objective of course is there are people
19:20
out there like Al Gore and and uh leoka people who are wealthy and influential
19:26
and they take up causes well freedoms the cause and we're looking for those
19:31
donors those wealthy donors who can write the larger checks can afford to write the larger checks uh because
19:38
they're concerned about what's happening to America and they want to see this Continental Congress progress and
19:46
succeed um as a as a reasonable solution you know to the uh
19:53
problems that this country has uh the people have got to begin to push back um
19:59
it's long overdue amen okay um so I think that's about all I had to say I
20:06
I'll answer all questions so ask away have a question sir yes we have a
20:13
box going around oh yeah would you don't yeah please uh there's a lot of expenses associated with this uh tour U and so we
20:21
do like to ask the donations thank you very much uh just pass that box down thank you yes so when you that the
20:29
Continental Congress yeah we uh the question was when do we anticipate that
20:35
the Continental Congress will in fact meet um initially IID hoped well okay
20:40
we'll run around the country do this prep tour and then on February 1st we're going to meet well I've been convinced
20:47
um on the one hand we can't afford to wait I mean there's things are happening Mr Obama will be taking office on
20:53
January 20th and so forth but things are happening at lightning speed in terms of the erosion of our rights and so forth
20:59
it's pretty scary and this year um I predict by the end of the year you're going to need a wheelbarrow to get a
21:05
loaf of bread that the uh value of the dollar is going to say so much but it's it's not good but then we can't afford
21:12
to wait but on the other hand um uh you know we we need to do a a uh a
21:20
good job of this and make sure that uh uh we're off to a good start and
21:25
so um the Center uh you'll see there's an update
21:31
going out tonight probably where we're saying okay we've got a contract with the Constitution Center in Philadelphia
21:39
they're asking us to now Reserve that space for this they're kind enough to give it to us they've asked all the tough questions they know exactly what's
21:45
going to be going on there um in when we get there um and by the way that
21:52
facility is part of the uh 20 acre area that includes Independence Hall and it's
21:58
a it's a National Park and they have a contract with a not for-profit to run the Constitution Center uh so they know
22:05
what we're going to do they've asked all the questions we've answered them uh but they have a contract before us now and I
22:10
have to commit to sign that and I have to commit to the 14,000 the initial $4,000 and so um I wanted to see just
22:19
how this tour how receptive the people are to this am I barking up the wrong
22:25
tree here uh what kind do we have enough you know are people really courageous enough to get on with this task or are
22:32
they so fearful of the government that um you know they're afraid uh to to move
22:37
ahead on something like this so I wanted to get a feel I'm I can tell you though uh that uh I'm very happy with the
22:44
number of people stepping up I said look we're not going to we're going to rely on local people for assistance in
22:52
selecting the venues and uh making the other arrangements that have to be made
22:58
uh in advance of my getting to that community and um um getting the people
23:04
there and so forth so uh it's coming together quite well I mean I'm really pleased uh in just a short time here uh
23:13
we've got some really good uh suggestions we've made some significant revisions to the to the schedule for
23:20
instance um uh we've had people step forward we've shifted a meeting from Philadelphia over to Harrisburg because
23:27
we're convinced they are going to reach out to all of the meetup groups and and all these other Freedom organizations
23:33
and it will be a a pretty significant meeting in Pennsylvania um and things
23:38
like that that have convinced me okay uh this is for Real it's going to happen um
23:44
and I have to now they want to know about when we anticipate starting
23:50
because they get requests you know uh for people to rent out these facilities so my best guest now is the end of
23:56
February very early March I have the make that decision pretty quick because they're looking for their contract and
24:02
and the $4,000 that U and these are the kinds of things that we just need help
24:07
financially because the expenses are really going to add up yes I'd like to make a comment or and a a question could
24:16
you hold this mic and we'll pass the mic around to the next question or yes uh the the comment is I mean might take a
24:22
few seconds to say all this but right
24:31
uh number one you see how Obama got in office you saw how he got into office uh
24:39
number of people agree with me totally on this is the amount as the type of intelligent people that we don't have in
24:46
this country as you can see they've asked simple questions to these people they could not even answer simple
24:52
question when said who' you vote for I voted for a bom I mean it just shows what money does
24:59
uh but to get to the question is we know what the problems are we just learned a
25:05
little bit more today but we know what the problems are but I have never ever
25:12
heard the answer as to how do you solve them we talk about getting together I've
25:19
I've been here about nine years now since whenever Clinton got into office is when I got really interested in this
25:25
so it's been all those years from Clinton's time till now fighting amongst each other we can never
25:31
stay together as a group we always got to fight because oh you don't believe in what I believe in so you're no good that
25:37
breaks up the organization that's all I've seen I'm well aware of everything you're talking about so your point is my
25:44
point my point is this where are you going to get people for this group when
25:50
97% and we were talking about this all right I'm going to answer that hold on because we got aot many other questions
25:55
I I see your point I I hear your question uh I get around the country a lot I know
26:03
that there are many people millions of people around this country 1.3 million people voted for Ron Paul they heard his
26:09
message it resonated and Bam they voted for it okay a lot of them were young people that that J I never heard
26:15
anything like this before this is wonderful okay so they're out there the problem is they're more or less isolated
26:21
one from another they can't talk to their spouses they can't talk to their co-workers they think they're nuts but they're out there the whole challenge is
26:29
to organize okay and and so this is what we're doing do you you understand what we're doing here maybe you'll fail maybe
26:36
you're right maybe everybody is so afraid of the government they are you know uh and that this will fail they
26:42
make up their own laws okay I'm not are you what afraid of the government I am
26:47
afraid I'm scared of death of my freedom in this country I'm scared of death I'm going to be in jail someday because I
26:53
won't pay my income tax okay so you're not going to okay well we're going to find out
26:58
I'm definitely afraid I'm 74 years old I don't want to sit the rest of my life in jail because of the law that they make
27:04
up yeah I detest this government with a passion okay but what can I do brother
27:10
your this the first time I've seen some people yeah all right most of the people I talk to in my neighborhood oh you're
27:17
crazy R you're going to end up in jail all right um we're going to give to people an opportunity Jefferson said it
27:25
best when the people fear the government you have tyranny when the government
27:32
fears the people you have Liberty he wasn't talking about the government fearing the people because they were
27:38
armed all that helps he was talking about the government fearing the people
27:44
why because the people know what their rights are they're watching them and
27:49
they're prepared to confront them by the Numbers if they step out of line what we going to find out we're going to find
27:56
out I don't agree I think I got 3% well hold on you so I should go home are you saying I should cut this T
28:03
down I don't get your point what is your point to try what I'm trying to say is
28:08
the government was very successful in dumbing down the population to where they are today all right you got to
28:14
change and you got to change it we're trying how how exactly what we're laying
28:20
out here where are
28:26
they up I'm sorry may I may I say
28:34
something I'm 3 years old today I can't do this 100 yard dash I need to find
28:40
some way World War to the thing that I fear
28:47
is the media you know that's where our
28:53
B whenever I had the Mila going in 1995 I had 97 people under my
28:59
command every newspaper in South Texas Carr col times the Houston Comic excuse
29:09
me Houston Chronicle comic I call but anyway every one of them vilified me and
29:15
demonized me and our our County Clerk our County judge in my town of Victoria
29:22
I went before the court not her court but it didn't Bel to court it h the people Court she had was telling the
29:30
Houston Chronicle that I was out preaching anal so this is what you got and only
29:36
the carpus Christ caller time gave me any kind of a halfway write up they they told it the story like it was like I was
29:43
telling but unless we can overcome the news media or the ignorance of the people about that one thing alone we
29:51
would I'm I'm going to fight on though people I'm not going to stop stop
30:01
a problem about that years ago before he was murdered
30:06
nobody that's problem we need a date we need to say on this wait what at a time
30:12
please what at a time just sort of Raise Your Head get recognition thanks okay um Beyond Today once I leave
30:20
this meeting any suggestions on what I can do from here on forward because I
30:25
don't want to just sit in the in waiting until next February and I also think um
30:32
is there any way that we can maybe is there a plan that we can Network because you mentioned you know feel like he the
30:37
only person so to be able to network and feel like you're not alone um
30:43
suggestions on what we do once we leave today okay is Hank goldz here still good
30:48
where's Hank hi Hank didn't see you sitting there the question was what do we do when we leave here today is the
30:54
way to network and so forth Hank gos is the We the People
31:00
foundations We the People Congress there two organizations he is our state coordinator if you go
31:07
to we thee congress.org and you go on the right hand side there
31:15
and and maybe Hank can show us U go to our website Hank and uh go to
31:21
uh uh you're connected to the internet just just I'll show everybody this it's a good question um
31:28
go to we thee congress.org you're on a website now I think it's the
31:34
foundation website you're on now if you go to the top you can click on the Congress uh
31:41
just okay you're on U all right scroll down on the right hand side if you can
31:47
and go to the link where it says I don't know something like find your area
31:52
coordinator this is what you all have to do start out with going to We the People congress.
31:58
or and then uh on the right hand side uh find the link show the link
32:05
where it says hang find your area wh find your area there it is okay access
32:12
State and County uh contacts click on there this what you got to do folks pay
32:20
attention um and then you're going to get a map Okay now click on
32:25
Texas which and what you're going to get and you
32:31
could do this on any state um open that up and this is the state there are 50 of
32:39
these State websites and there's Hank's picture and his contact information okay
32:45
and there's a drop- down list um somewhere on this page you want to find the drop down list Hank I don't know why
32:52
we can't move this whole thing to the right no no it's uh it's it's on the it's on your home page there
32:59
okay there it is every state website this is where all the news this
33:07
is where you should all this is your pot belly stove where you get around and you talk to one another and you U and you
33:14
congregate okay and you get the news from Hank uh but you get a drop-down list of all of the counties in the state
33:20
and if you click on anyone El those counties you'll get it there's 3,141 counties you'll get this contact
33:26
information for the county coordinator but uh I have to warn you that when we set the system up we I'll admit be the
33:34
first to admit we made a mistake we said to ourselves it' be
33:39
important to get people in these positions as fast as possible and they may not have the right you know
33:45
leadership qualifications blah blah blah but it's important to get them in there and we'll sort them out later right
33:50
rather than screen them all and put them in and so forth so we had all kinds of people like Obama so we had all these
33:58
people um step in and become State and County coordinators and the way the
34:04
technology uh was set up once someone stepped in uh it blocked that position
34:09
nobody else could get in there okay if you applied to be say a state coordinator and the the position was
34:16
already occupied you were asked uh to become a volunteer to help that person okay and then you were listed as
34:21
volunteers um but the problem is a lot of those people um that had stepped in there you
34:29
know they didn't bother to tell us when they moved or they changed their email address or their phone number or they
34:35
just didn't have the right leadership capability they weren't self- stared they were waiting to be told what to do
34:40
and all that stuff you know so we found ourselves with a lot of dead wood of
34:45
populating all of these so we we're dealing with that now we've got people deciding how best to solve this problem
34:53
in the end the the delegates that you in this
34:58
state decide to send to Philadelphia these are your choices for
35:04
delegates those people are going to be responsible for populating this state page informing you if you want to know
35:11
what happened in Philadelphia that day you go to that State website and you will find out um now they the delegates
35:20
will decide who it is that's actually going to put the information on that page do
35:25
they want to rely on the existing state coordinator let's say Hank is not a delegate I don't know if he will be but
35:31
let's say uh there are three other people down there and they're going to put that information here who is actually going to physically put it
35:37
there one of them or somebody else that they decide to put it there and then
35:43
maybe it's hang but it'll get there and it's there that we'll uh communicate and
35:51
you'll have the ability to chat and uh discuss what's happening that'll all be
35:56
on that BL what's that can you blog on
36:01
um there was a Blog we set up some time ago but I knew then that that was a risk when you have a Blog you need a blogger
36:08
you need somebody to put something on there every day and we've all been so busy we we haven't been
36:14
blogging um but there is a Blog on this site so do you have one on uh one one what
36:23
website you have one person designated already in every County uh no
36:30
um initially there was a big rush of people I mean large percentage 20 25% of
36:36
the people of those of those counties had uh but again a lot of them uh were
36:43
not you know they've moved it's changed we're dealing with that problem right now but it's set up to have one and if
36:48
any of you want to be the county coordinator for your County uh you can step in now and apply and then if it's
36:55
unfilled you'll be the county coordinator on until we figure out how to do things differently so you you have
37:03
if you have every county in the state has a
37:08
coordinator you have a state coordinator then yeah Hank is the state okay oh I'm
37:13
sorry he's the state coordinator for Texas every state is either has or will have a state coordinator and every
37:20
county has or will
37:26
havein okay there were questions way way issues brought up
37:31
concerning action you know what can we do um okay there's been a lot of people
37:36
that have been involved in the Freedom Movement Across the Nation in many many every issue you can imagine for decades
37:42
for lifetimes we have Solutions um for an example what he's doing he's
37:48
performing you see the the people have been putting the government on trial that and that that trial has been in a
37:56
condition of discovery people all across this country for their whole lifetimes have been collecting evidence for the
38:03
discovery what he is doing he is doing a very very detailed documentation of this more detailed than
38:11
most of us have been able to do that uh you know myself many other of you um have been doing this very same thing we
38:18
are in Discovery many people have discovered that we are in way basically Beyond peaceful
38:25
resolution um but we cannot take action until things are documented in such
38:31
extreme detail that we can prove to the whole world we this has to be done
38:36
peacefully it has to be done publicly um and it has to be done in detail for the
38:41
entire world to be able to scrutinized because if we don't then the whole world's going to have to repeat
38:47
this process all over again we've got to do this right and that's what we're doing okay now as our greatest
38:53
vulnerability as a people here in the United States right now is our economy they they pulled the the Democracy scam
39:00
on us they deprived us of a republic are founding documents are founding law
39:06
everything we've been fighting for a th for 2,000 years or longer to try to establish they are right now trying to
39:12
take that away from it the whole world will suffer again for who knows how many Millennia if we do not succeed okay now
39:21
people are concerned about the government moving against them thugs busting in the door things like that
39:27
okay what does it matter your life my life the ball is in our park
39:34
now we are the ones who's responsible to carry this thing through
39:40
okay are we going to crawl up in a little ball hide in a corner and maybe
39:47
live a few more years okay you know you've seen Braveheart that way that
39:52
speech that was given there applies to us right now are we wait are we going to
39:58
be laying our beds many years from now seeing our children and grandchildren suffer for all of the things that we
40:05
were in a position to do something about it does not matter whether or not we
40:11
live or die what matters is that we stand up and do our responsibility amen
40:16
it is not how long you live it is what you live
40:22
for if you want to make examples of solutions our greatest vulnerability actually is not the venue we need to
40:29
focus on him but there are solutions and I'm willing to even give a presentation
40:34
and stuff like that 18 years I've been doing it 18 years and I got nowhere okay
40:39
I'll give you I'll give you a am today I'll give you years I understand I'll give you a teaser there's M's hierarchy
40:46
needs they're going to deprive us of our you of our economy and our access to credit and everything for example and
40:52
our ability to communicate those things there are ways that we can uh anyway
40:57
things we can Implement and we can prepare for for when they deprive us of that um we are going to have to go back
41:03
to our own Society our own networking bartering to rebuild our own our own
41:09
monetary system our own trade and exchange extract ourselves from their control system it is it is a natural
41:18
process it will happen but the thing is is uh the most important thing grow food it'll buy us enough time for the rest of
41:24
the system to start working okay but anyway that's another time these delegates are going to come up with are
41:30
going to consider all of these options and are going to come up with a agreed upon course of action
41:38
um all living things die as far as I'm concerned it's a matter how you go out
41:44
and I think this is how I would like to go out um I mean the founders let's face it they were all men John Hancock was
41:51
the richest man in Boston they all had a lot to lose they decided this was the
41:58
course that mankind and Liberty you know needed and uh they knew the trouble that
42:04
they were going to bring on themselves so they pledged their lives their fortunes and their sacred honor and they
42:10
were sought U the government came after them they hung them they didn't bother putting them in jail they just hung them
42:15
or they burned their farms and the rest of it uh but that's the price of as far
42:20
as I'm concerned uh it's well worth it um and and I'm prepared uh to go the
42:28
route whatever you know it takes yes I just want to say good afternoon
42:34
everyone thank you Bob Schultz for being here we really appreciate you and we appreciate the information and knowledge
42:40
you bring upon us and I just want to say in uh address my name is Matthew Medina
42:47
I'm the organizer of we are change San Antonio it's a a progressive Grassroots
42:52
uh political organization start in New York City and it is uh about get information out in all genres and all
42:59
topics not only 911 uh so and what we're doing here is engaging the youth and
43:04
getting the youth involved and we bring to to their attention first any any matters whatever subject it is how to
43:10
get their attention we use the internet to our advantage and uh Grassroots spread knowledge and uh it starts with
43:16
also videos on YouTube the youth is all over YouTube and that's where the numbers are at that people might be concerned because there are a lot of
43:23
people that are uh growing up teenage years and they just can tell right from beginning with all the junk out there their natural discernment is telling
43:29
them something's wrong and we're all about trying to reach those people so in regards to the concern about numbers
43:35
it's a youth and what we're trying to do is engage those young minds and hearts and show them the right side so as far
43:42
as knowledge Bob is bringing this here this would be great and we want to take this to the next level with the youth so
43:47
I mean if any of yall have kids nephews nieces I would say just take them to YouTube show them truth Rising just
43:53
maybe uh YouTube search we are Chang San Antonio uh and what we're working on is getting the
43:59
campaign for Liberty to work with us and also bring the we the people into a two foundation and and we're just grass
44:05
rooting all inform general information and trying to get the youth behind us because they know and so for that
44:11
concern I would say pull up YouTube we are Chang San Antonio we have a meetups there's also an Austin group and the
44:18
campaign for Liberties and and I would say that an for that thank you very much
44:23
Matthew uh the question earlier was what what can we do when we leave here what do you want us to get up out of our
44:28
chairs and do one Hank we're going to rely on you uh I assume you've got the
44:35
time uh to uh maintain that position as state coordinator with the task of um
44:43
informing people throughout the state of the upcoming uh Continental Congress uh
44:51
the accept and and and uh getting people to nominate the delegates to that
44:57
um helping raise the funds that are going to be required for that and um uh
45:04
working to to not only uh uh increase um awareness of the Continental
45:12
Congress uh but also uh
45:18
to help get um uh people to under uh to
45:23
participate and and to focus and and gravitate towards the state page for
45:30
their information about uh the developments and how they're going um in
45:36
the end when the Continental Congress has finished its work and it has settled on
45:42
a course of action it will only succeed if there are some 15 million people
45:48
informed and putting a foot down together so that the individual risk is
45:55
minimized um 15 million people spread across 50 states it's not that high a
46:01
number uh when you think of it that way but there's going to be a lot of responsibility to fall on you as the
46:07
state coordinator so I would encourage everyone uh to get everyone you to get
46:15
people to read each of these articles on our website starting with the one called Summit call and they going to be updates
46:23
every day or two okay short updates get them to get well grounded by reading all
46:29
of these and to um uh look to the state of Texas website
46:37
on our website which just showed you how to get to it uh for um all the local news coming out of this
46:45
state U and Hank has total control over what's put on that page Iowa iow okay
46:54
and and we have one for Iowa as well okay well po uh what do you have a
47:01
process in place for selecting delegates is there going to be at at the moment we
47:07
we the process is nominate them send them to us um I'm putting this little
47:13
group together to screen them uh and then we'll say uh to you Hank um
47:21
here's uh put these three people up there go to um
47:27
go to the Massachusetts website we gave you a little example of uh what this is going to look like uh and then we're
47:34
going to ask you all to vote you know for your delegates but if you go to the Massachusetts go back to the state page
47:40
and then click on Massachusetts we took we had some fun in um in selecting some delegates uh from Massachusetts for the
47:48
upcoming why can't we select delegates right now uh uh what we need is uh in
47:56
information about these people a little bio you know ideally a little photo a
48:02
little bio um so that uh we can say okay
48:09
good this person belongs on the state of Texas website as a nominee and then eventually it'll be
48:16
programmed so that people in Texas can then cast their votes for those folks so here's the uh Massachusetts page there's
48:24
the name of the state coordinator for massachusett now scroll down a little bit three delegates to repr hold it
48:31
three delegates to represent each state on January so and so an historic event to restore our Liberty in our
48:37
constitution commences a new uh we need all Patriots to stand and support representatives to be chosen by the
48:43
people of each state to attend the historic uh it may not be a month but a
48:48
month along convention a constitutional convention a constitutional Congress proceeding in Philadelphia to nominate
48:56
delegate to represent your state click here so there'll be a a place to click to nominate somebody all right so we'll
49:04
get all the nominations coming to us on a database all right um voting wait wait
49:10
voting to select state delegates commences we'll start that well you can start it now it's not too soon to start
49:17
sending us there's no uh link yet there but don't let that stop you send us your
49:23
send me an email um and then click here for more information there'll be a a link there
49:30
for more information about delegate requirements and so in the end you're going to get your state page is going to
49:35
have your your delegates you know your nominees soone just so we just for fun of it we just selected names and put
49:43
them on your state page so there was this guy uh you know over there in Massachusetts named s Adams he wants to
49:49
be a delegate so there his picture and he sent in his little bio so we put his name up there okay
49:58
and uh and and we want this each nominee to provide a little statement okay as to
50:04
why he wants to be a delegate at this Continental Congress so there's Sam Adams's statement oh here's somebody
50:11
else who wants to be a um a delegate from Massachusetts at this upcoming uh
50:16
Continental Congress his name is John Hancock there's his picture and there's his little bio and uh scroll down and
50:24
there's his little statement as to why wants to be oh there's another one John Adams okay um there's his bio and and
50:32
his statement and I don't know maybe one more um okay that was it um okay thank
50:40
you you can take that down so any other questions uh I'll answer all questions yes I have a couple of
50:48
questions who's speaking where are you right here oh hi uh first I'd like to
50:54
just make a comment about the local seen here in guadaloop County a number of us
50:59
were U executive people they call them
51:05
pre chairman for the Republican party and the Republican party and uh we lost
51:11
faith in the Republican Party about 10 years ago and the we have essentially
#Government
