  2. Adobe PDF MIAC Special Report: The Modern Militia Movement (2009) — Distributed to law enforcement officials in Missouri, later retracted and the responsible official fired. It identifies dissidents and members of the Libertarian and Constitution parties as potential terrorists. Reportedly similar documents distributed to police in other states. Apparently authored by an ADL/SPLC team.
  3. Adobe PDF Adobe PDF Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment (2009) — Department of Homeland security. Distributed to law enforcement officials, it identifies anyone who defends the Constitution as a potential terrorist.
