Dear KKKirk Lyins',

Attached please find a message which was requested to be forwarded to you
through the good offices of Mike Kemp, Gadsden Minutemen.  I think it comes
from someone who recognizes a certain German ex-Panzergrenadier officer when
he sees him.  He raises an interesting point.  What exactly was Andy's alibi
for the period immediately before, during and immediately after the bombing?
 Seems like that subject has come up before and your "client's" response
hasn't stood up to critical examination.

It comes down to this: you can doubt my sanity, motives and ancestry all you
want Kirk, but if we've got witnesses that put your boy as an ATF snitch in
the middle of the bomb plot, then he (as an accomplice) and you (as an
accessory after the fact <or is it before?>) are going to be indicted.  And
if there's a God in Heaven (and there is), you'll be tried and convicted by
twelve men and women, good and true.  Oklahomans may not be considered
"Southern gentlemen" in your eyes, but they know what to do with a
rattlesnake when they see it.

By the way, thank you for confirming your relationship with CIA Petruskie
predating Andy's arrival (1986).  We knew it anyway, but having from your own
lips makes it, well, better.
