Subversive forces have long been working to undermine the foundation of our once great free republic.

Patriotic Americans who would resist this takeover and who will refuse to give up their arms, have been singled out and listed in preparation for a time when martial law will be declared, in a perceived national emergency, to be arrested and imprisoned.

The listing of these freedom loving Americans has been done by non-government organizations (NGO's). We, here in Bellingham, Washington, have been subjected to verbal and intimidation attacks by Whatcom Human Rights Task Force and Coalition for Human Dignity, of Portland, Ore. and Northwest Coalition Against Malicious Harassment.

The modus operandi of these NGO's is identify, discredit and demonize anyone who disagrees philosophically.

We are witnessing an age old struggle between two ideologies. Individuality, freedom and liberty versus collectivism, socialism and slavery.

Assisting in the demonizing of targeted citizens is the liberal- controlled press. At every opportunity the slant of press coverage leans toward tainting and linking one targeted individual with another, thereby causing both to appear undesirable. We have had personal experience with this practice.

After the "politically incorrect" has been identified, listed and demonized, federal agencies take up the pursuit by infiltrating targeted organizations, many times prompting the commission of illegal acts, or even committing the illegal crimes themselves in order to make arrests.

The only obstacle to world government lies with the armed American citizen. In order to secure this age old dream of tyrants, American citizens must be disarmed.

Prayerfully, a flickering flame of patriotism will enlighten our people, that they shall turn from their complacent ways, and God will heal our land.

A fraud cannot stand exposure.

For those who've been paying attention, it's become pretty obvious that our great land of liberty is in serious trouble. Human nature is such that suspicion, distrust and hostility are part of our social make-up. If someone wanted to change our system of government, it would be a simple task to develop and expand on these human frailties.

I believe these traits are being used to arouse emotions and create polarization between different groups by special interests who hope to benefit from propagating feelings of "hate".

As chairman of Citizens for Liberty, I know that our sole purpose is to maintain and restore the freedoms established for us all by our U.S. Constitution. I also know we do not hate or denigrate any ethnic, racial, or political group. Who has labeled us as a "hate group" and why?

Some non-government organizations ( NGO's ) derive their support from exposing what they identify to be "hate groups". If they couldn't find any "hate groups", they would have no reason for being. There would be no grants from tax-exempt foundations to sustain them and no government agencies consulting them. It is certainly in their interest to purposefully generate suspicion, distrust, and hostility in order to advance their own specialized agenda. Could they be the REAL hate groups?

In every society there are a few misfits who deal with their personal biases by scapegoating certain identifiable groups. In our society these people are a very small minority. What purpose is served by exaggerating their number?

I have a book published by the Coalition for Human Dignity called NORTHWEST IMPERATIVE; DOCUMENTING A DECADE OF HATE: It names my group, Citizens for Liberty, in a long list of so-called "hate groups". That's pretty sloppy and prejudicial "documentation". How many other groups does this book falsely accuse, and why?

These NGO's, The Coalition for Human Dignity, Southern Poverty Law Center, and Whatcom Human Rights Task Force, among others, have been instrumental in promoting polarization between groups. It is evident that they have no desire to defuse hostile emotions which can divide us. The media also derive their sustenance from divisions and divisiveness, and they uncritically play up the prejudicial pronouncements of these organizations.

Federal agencies now have agents who infiltrate so-called "hate groups" targeted by the non-governmental "human rights" organizations. These agents proceed to identify individuals who can be easily misled, and they prompt them to engage in illegal activities. If no members of the targeted group can be persuaded to go along with illegal proposals, the agents resort to deception and planting of evidence to entrap them. This is precisely what happened with Washington State, Georgia State and Arizona Viper Militia's and Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge.

Tyrants who would do away with the liberties established by our Constitution can be the only ones to gain from a breakdown of civil order, resulting in police-state control. That is the purpose of promoting "hate" and creating a perceived need for the anti-gun and anti-terrorism legislation which has curtailed the personal liberties of every one of us.

Too many people have accepted the false premises that an armed society must be violent and that a disarmed society is naturally peaceful and just. They have forgotten that the first thing Hitler did when he came to power was to confiscate all privately owned firearms. They have forgotten Haiti. They have forgotten South Africa, Cambodia and dozens of other countries where tyrants have killed millions of their own citizens.

The American Revolution began when the British attempted to limit the use of private weapons. The second Amendment was very deliberately intended to forestall possible abuse of government power by establishing a citizen militia to provide national defense when necessary, thereby precluding the need for a standing army such as the European rulers maintained and used at their whims.

To show how the framers of our divinely inspired Constitution felt about the right of citizens to bear arms for national defense, and their meaning of a citizens militia, we include here some quotes from them.

Such are a well regulated militia, composed of the freeholders, citizens and husbandman, who take up arms to preserve their property, as individuals, and their rights as freemen."

After the Oklahoma City bombing April 19, 1995 every patriotic individual and group all across America who had been critical of federal atrocities came under intense scrutiny. I, as chairman of Citizens for Liberty was besieged by calls from the Bellingham Herald, Seattle P.I., Washington Post and KGMI radio.

Who was responsible for the bombing? Look to see who benefited. It was not the militias or patriots. They became targeted, which was the intent. Advocates of government control and the New World Order would benefit by passage of the counter-terrorism bill before Congress.

On a 3 hour program on KGMI radio, I was demonized by the Coalition for Human Dignity of Portland, Ore. On the air they accused me of being "racist and anti-semitic".

When the Herald reporter called me, directly after the bombing, I told him the government was responsible. Now, private investigators have established that the FBI and ATF had prior knowledge of the bombing, didn't move to stop it, therefore must bear responsibility. It fits a pattern whereby federal agents actually instigate terrorist acts. Even committing the acts themselves. Hitler had the Reichstag Building fire-bombed to create the hysteria needed to take police state control of Germany. It is tyrants modus operandi.

All opposition to the New World Order will be silenced. Under the New World Order you will have no right to speak, worship, assemble or own property. You will be programed from the cradle to the grave.

The U.S. Constitution embodies the right to life, liberty and ownership of property. These are the principles subversive forces are dedicated to abolish. Ownership of property being the key issue. Socialism is government ownership and control of property. It matters not whether under Fascism, Nazism, or Communism. They are all antithetical to the Constitution of the United States.

The Constitution cannot be abolished without conflict. In order for there to be division within the population, 'hate' must be developed, lies told, public obfuscation created.

April 19,1996 on KGMI Radio, Citizens for Liberty was referred to as a "extreme hate group". How can lies like this be stopped? A lie travels faster than an eagle flies, while the contradiction limps after it at a snails pace. How can we calm the hate generating hysteria which grips our people when the media spreads such unfounded lies?

Lets learn to love our neighbor as ourselves. Try to understand, people should be judged by their actions not by imagination or what is perceived through ignorance. We should expose those subversive forces who serve their agenda by generating divisive emotions of hate and suspicion among our people.

We are often told, to be a good citizen, we should get involved in public affairs to correct the wrongs we see. I have always had a propensity to do just that.

In the last 30 years I have organized 5 different public organizations. Citizens for Liberty being the present effort to alert fellow citizens of the dire prospects for our future.

During those years I have written over 100 letters to the editor. I challenge anyone to find one comment in those letters, or any statement I have ever made to indicate that I believe or support racist, anti-semitic, neo-nazi, or white supremacist views. So why have I been labeled with these epithets?

Can anyone deny our society is in decline? for all these years I have tried to alert fellow citizens of a threat to their future. While failing to awaken the sleeping majority, Those who would abolish our constitutional protections have come out with their retaliation, 'attack the messenger', call him vile names, discredit him with innuendo, no matter if it is not the truth. I have no regrets for having put forth the effort. Some would call me foolish to fight for what they perceive to be a failing cause. Every generation must fight for liberty as though the battle had just begun". Which brings to mind the following parables:

Since early in 1995, people associated with Whatcom Human Rights Task Force, and the Coalition for Human Dignity have been spreading accusations about me in Whatcom County. First the Bellingham Herald and then Whatcom Watch and KGMI Radio published stories which called me and Citizens for Liberty "racist", "anti-semitic" and "neo-nazi".

Those who know me and our organization know these accusations are completely false. However for the media and irresponsible agitators to brand well intended patriotic citizens with these despicable names, generating fear and hate in our community, is an injustice that cannot go unchallenged.

Before the November 17th 1995 meeting of Citizens for Liberty a serious family emergency forced a last-minute cancellation of this meeting. We phoned many people and had someone go to the Harbor Center to post a notice of cancellation on the door.

The person who went to post the notice was surprised to find the meeting room already filled with people, mostly college students. Citizens for Liberty had the room reserved from 7 to 9 P.M. Whatcom Human Rights Task Force had rented the room from 5 to 7 P.M. to prepare their group for "assertive action" against Citizens for Liberty. At their meeting they distributed a "pink fact sheet" about me and others in the constitutional movement, which depicted us as "neo-nazi, KKK, extremists and anti-semitic". A late arrival asked, "Is this where the neo-Nazi is going to be speaking?"

Two people who came for the Citizens for Liberty meeting decided to sit in on the Human Rights meeting, which continued beyond its contracted time. Speakers in the Task Force meeting vilified me and Citizens for Liberty. One of the Citizens for Liberty people was asked, "Are you one of those neo-Nazis?"

After the attempted disruption of the Citizens for Liberty meeting on November 17,1995, I contacted Whatcom Human Rights Task Force co-chair Vernon Johnson and arranged to meet with him. I asked him what was the intent of the Task Force meeting right before ours and of the 'pink sheet'. He replied, "America has a wide variety of humans and we must find a way to live side by side." I told him I wholeheartedly agree with that idea but fail to understand how the intended disruption of our meeting, inflammatory rhetoric, and distributing hate literature can help us live side by side.

At a meeting with Mr. Johnson on January 3,1996, he told me, "We were hoping, by our assertive activity, that perhaps we could cause the press to cover it in such a way as to be unfavorable to your group and favorable to us." He said the original plan was to vacate the room at 6:45 and hold a candlelight vigil outside, which they hoped the press would cover.

Had our meeting not been canceled, and our people had come thru a crowd of hyped-up, name calling candlelighters, there would very likely been violence. I believe that is what was intended. With a press favorable to the "politically correct", I'll let you guess what the result would be.

I told Mr. Johnson that the charges on the "pink sheet" were false and defamatory . I asked him for an opportunity to speak before the general membership of Whatcom Human Rights Task Force to respond to the charges on the "pink sheet" and to answer any questions the group might want to put to me. He said he would take my request to the group and get back to me. On January 16, Mr. Johnson informed me that I would not be given an opportunity to speak to the Task Force. He told me, "We just didn't think there was anything to gain. It would legitimize your organization." They didn't want their members to know they had been lied to.

Here in America we are witnessing the climax of an age old struggle between two ideologies, Independence, Freedom and Liberty versus Collectivism, Socialism and Slavery. i.e. the New World Order. Human Rights Task Force took literature from our meetings, twisted the meanings, quoted out of context, told half truths and outright lies. This for the purpose of creating suspicion distrust and hostility. This is their way of generating "hate".

By creating the image of a "hate person", coupled with the passage of hate crime laws, the door is open for the day when martial law will cause those so targeted to be arrested without warrant and incarcerated in one of the 43 new federal detention centers already constructed, waiting empty, like the one at Federal Way Washington. That is the purpose for targeting and listing outspoken citizens who oppose the world government ideology.

Hitler's storm troopers believed they were justified in committing violence against German citizens. It was all in their state-of-mind.

Today in America we see similar atrocities being committed by federal agents. They really believe there is justification for kicking in doors, shooting mothers, gassing children with a gas banned for international warfare, and entrapping citizens by planting evidence and instigating illegal activities. It's all in their state-of-mind.

That is the state-of-mind being promoted by certain non-government organizations (NGO's) whose goal is to undermine our constitutional government. Their influence extends not only to federal law enforcement, but to the controlled press and Congress itself. How else could the unconstitutional provisions of the crime and anti-terrorism bills have been voted into law?

Citizens for Liberty has been labeled "anti-government". This is not true. We are pro-government, as long as it abides by the U.S. Constitution. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land. Right? Therefore a government agency operating outside the dictates of the Constitution is unlawful. Do you agree? Outlaw agencies are wantonly committing horrendous crimes against the people.

Those of us who subscribe to publications not under central control are informed about these atrocities daily. A citizen can be raided at any time by jackbooted thugs who kick in doors without warrant on a tip from a disgruntled neighbor. Numerous times it has been the wrong house. Also citizens, not knowing they are agents, are shot for protecting their property and lives from what they believe to be gangsters. Now do you understand, we have an outlaw government?

Should citizens who object to such atrocities be labeled anti- government terrorists? Or should it be the other way around?

The U.S. Constitution has been violated in a 'thousand' ways. The usurpers responsible for these violations should be exposed and brought to justice. However those in control of the Justice Department are responsible for these unlawful acts. The fox is guarding the hen house.

This sad state of affairs is of no concern of the masses because of their lack of information. This same cabal of usurpers have control of education, the news media, both major political parties. The only ones informed are those who have dedicated the time to study the issues and speak out, only to be labeled extremists.

Sometimes a half truth is worse than a complete lie. If enough truth can be told to make it sound plausible, coupled with deliberately deceptive falsehoods, the uninformed will be mislead, as intended.

For instance; If you will read Paul de Armond's distortions and half truths on web site, http://nwcitizen.com/publicgood, he writes, "Ben Hinkle promoted the 'Ultimatum Resolution', a Christian Patriot proposal to abolish the federal government."

The Ultimatum Resolution is a proposal to get the state legislatures of a majority of the states to give the federal government an ultimatum to abide by the constitution or to cease to hold jurisdiction. You see, since the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, any act or action in violation of the constitution is null and void. All the Ultimatum Resolution would do is force the federal government to abide by the law. Can you see anything wrong with that?

On page 3 of the pamphlet de Armond criticized me for, it - states; "Congress, you will honor and obey the Constitution or we will withdraw our authority for you to act as our agent. In essence, our federal government is the agent of all state governments. The states are the creator and the federal government is the creature. It is axiomatic, or self evident, that the creature cannot exceed the creator. The agent cannot exceed the authority granted by its principal. Any attempt to do so is 'ultra vires', or without authority, and a usurpation of power."

If we are to remain a union of 50 sovereign states we cannot allow this usurpation of power to continue. After adopting the main body of the constitution the framers knew they must bind down this potential monster (a centralized federal government) they had just created. So they wrote 10 amendments known as the "Bill of Rights". The 10th Amendment reads; "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Don't you see? It doesn't say any place in the constitution the federal government can take your property and give it to someone else. That is only one of thousands of instances were the federal government violates its contract. Where have the citizens been? They have been asleep.

Are we to allow usurpers to violate their oath of office and over-turn our legally constituted government? Those of us who speak out are called "extremists, anti-government," and too many more nasty labels to list. You have heard them all.

Subversive forces who would dismantle our representative government will use any ruse to confuse and divide our citizens. Most people haven't read the constitution since high school, if then. When fed deceptive disinformation, they haven't a clue. Using this lack of understanding or ignorance on the part of the masses, diversity of opinion has been shaped into feelings of hate by those whose ideology supports an all powerful world government.

In the 200 years since the founding of our once great land of liberty, termites have been eating away at our foundation, our U.S. Constitution. Evidence of decay is everywhere, family life, moral decay, crime, drugs, financial and political corruption, and meddling in foreign affairs. The usurpers who have taken control of our institutions of government have no scruples.

We have but one course to follow, expose these vipers with information. That is the sole purpose of Citizens for Liberty. We are non-violent, we can never understand how making bombs and killing innocent bystanders can be construed as restoring our Republic. That practice is antithetical to every thing a constitutional patriot believes in. Why then have these atrocious activities been blamed on "Christian Patriot Militias"? In most instances where this has happened federal agents have infiltrated the militia groups in undercover sting operations, instigating and setting up unsuspecting targeted individuals by entrapment, which is unlawful.

For those who have read this far, are you beginning to get the picture? Who do you believe to be the outlaws, who are the real 'hate' people? Those who believe in independence and liberty or those who believe in totalitarian socialism?

Citizens for Liberty is not a militia group. That is not to mean Citizens for Liberty does not endorse the concept of a militia. Citizens for Liberty was founded as an information dispensing group only, to fill a void left by the controlled press. It is our position to remain non-participants in party politics and totally independent.

The United Nations is the driving force behind the New World Order. To understand what is in the future for our beloved America, we need to pay attention to what they say at United Nations conferences.

Protecting the environment is the excuse for most proposed regulations. Population reduction is a primary aim. Their idea of sustainable population for America is 75 million.

There may be some merit to their thinking. However who gets exterminated and who gets to live? In an atheist communist world government, Christians will be taken out.

What can you do? Contact your Congressman and Senators, tell them it's their duty to rein in these outlaw agencies.

An example of this collusion between non-government organizations (NGO's), the media and federal agencies was demonstrated at Waco, Texas.

A report by Ross and Green published in July 1996 issue of American Freedom Magazine states: "The influence of the Cult Awareness Network (CAN, NGO) was made clear by the role it played in influencing media coverage of the siege and subsequent massacre of the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas in 1993, and the role CAN-associated 'deprogrammers' played as advisors to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) and FBI during the siege".

The report goes on to say, "On April 8, eleven days before the fatal attack, CAN president Patricia Ryan told the Houston Chronicle that, 'Officials should use whatever means necessary to arrest Koresh, including lethal force.'"

The gas which the FBI pumped into the building was banned during the Chemical Weapons Convention in Paris in January 1993. More than 100 nations including the U.S. endorsed the ban. Four months later it was used to murder 86 American Citizens within their church.

The report continues, "The CS gas would have panicked the children. Their eyes would have involuntarily shut. Their skin would have been burning. They would have been gasping for air and coughing wildly. Eventually, they would have been overcome with vomiting in a final hell. It would not have been pretty."

Do you feel sick to your stomach? That's your government at work, let's put it back under the Constitution.

I have never discussed or planned the violent overthrow of the government, never made a bomb, do not own illegal firearms, never been convicted of a felony and do not "hate" any ethnic or religious group.

I love God, my family, my country and have dedicated 30 years of my life trying to alert sleeping fellow Americans of the "planned" disintegration of these things we hold dear.

In regard to this anti-semite label, I think you should know where that came from.

I have been a Board of Policy member of Liberty Lobby for 30 years. Liberty Lobby was founded in 1955 to lobby Congress for what was good for America, not for what was good for special interests. One of the primary issues at that time, and still is, foreign aid. We can see no reason to borrow money, pay interest on it and give it to foreign nations to use against our best interest. Now, after 50 years of foreign aid, we are bankrupt. Our entire monetary system could collapse at any time. We have given away in foreign aid nearly two trillions of dollars and are paying compound interest on it.

Now this is big money. We all understand about politics and big money. the Israeli lobby has funneled large sums into the election campaign of our Senators and Representatives to ensure their foreign aid keeps coming.

Liberty Lobby has been the foremost opponent to this fiscal insanity. This age old rule applies here, "When you can't refute the message, attack the messenger." Hence the label, "racist and anti-semitic".

This "racist and anti-semitic" label couldn't be farther from the truth. General Council for Liberty Lobby is Mark Lane, who is Jewish. In 1986, 12 Jewish leaders signed a letter supporting Liberty Lobby and The Spotlight news paper. Dr. Alfred Lilienthal was the featured speaker at the Liberty Lobby 40th anniversary convention. He is Jewish.

No! neither I nor Liberty Lobby are anti-Jewish, we are pro-American.

These NGO's, merchants of hate, have gathered names of tens of thousands of citizens who support America first principles. The creation and promotion of hate crimes and laws are a product of these merchants of hate. Many times they themselves, have committed hate crimes to generate sympathy for their campaign to extract more tribute from sleeping Americans. There are many instances where they have been found to have painted swastikas on synagogs and school dormitories.

Getting back to the federal agents being involved in committing terrorist acts themselves in order to implicate citizens.

For those readers who find it hard to believe federal agents are capable of these heinous crimes, we suggest you obtain from the inter-library loan system these three books, "The Terrorism Industry", "The Lawless State", and "Co-intel-pro" (counterintelligence program).

On page 225 of "The Terrorism Industry", "In the United States the FBI has long engaged in agent provocateur action urging violence on penetrated dissident organizations and carrying out direct acts of violence, then attributed to the individuals and organizations under attack." This book was published in 1989, this has been their modus operandi for decades.

The book, "The Lawless State", Page 132, "Only Congress can prohibit the FBI from continuing to probe political life by enacting a strict prohibition of FBI intelligence investigations. Another crises can trigger a new sweeping intelligence probe of American political life."

The current terrorist crisis is that impetus needed to pass sweeping crime and anti-terrorism bills, now before Congress, stripping freedom loving Americans of their Constitutional rights.

"CoIntelPro, The FBI's secret War on political freedom". Page 7, "CoIntelPro was designed to go beyond spying to the actual disruption of political activities of American citizens, legal activities protected by the Bill of Rights."

This is precisely what has happened with the militia members. These arrests have been made by undercover agents of the FBI who instigated the illegal acts.

When Congress is convinced by enough terrorist acts, committed by federal agents and blamed on targeted citizens, they will put the teeth back into the anti-terrorist bill. Then patriotic citizens will be arrested without warrant of formal charges, hauled off to one of the 43 new federal detention centers, now standing empty for that purpose.

I have another book, "The Franklin Cover-up", by Attorney John W. DeCamp, Page 294, "In case after notorious case entirely unrelated to Franklin, Justice Department personnel appear as liars, perverts, frame-up artists, and even assassins. This book documents many cases to numerous to mention, of these crimes being committed by FBI personnel.

We have an outlaw federal government. We should all work to expose the fraud and bring our government back under the U.S. Constitution.

Since the goal of the New World Order is to consolidate control of the world, they must disarm the American people before that control can he secure.

The reason the CIA promoted and implemented the import of drugs into the U.S. was to create a crime problem. The drive-by shootings and most of the gun violence has been by gangs dealing in drugs. Now we have a escalation of terrorist acts promoted by federal agents to influence congressional passage of more restrictive anti-terrorist laws. It's called, "legislation by assassination."

Not all terrorism can be blamed directly on federal agencies. Some is copy-cat crime committed by social degenerates. The sensationalism of it is picked up by malcontents with another agenda.

Overpopulation is of great concern. However, rather than eliminate the "undesirables", Christians, patriots and minorities, more emphases should be placed on morality, abstinence and individual family pride. We should stop this low-life sexual degeneration taught in the public financed education system. Throwing money at it will only exacerbate the problem.

I am fully aware of what I have written here, and the possibility of what reaction it might bring. I have tried not to overstate the conditions as I see them. I realize how some of my observations will sound to the uninformed. The conclusions I have reached have not been formed without much study and deep thought. I do not take what is written here lightly. I have dedicated all these years to avoiding what is rapidly becoming a stark reality. I have written this in hope of waking up enough good citizens to avoid the inevitable.

My main concern is for all the little children, who haven't done anything to deserve the hell-on-earth their complacent parents have allowed to cloud their future.

Addendum To

TO LIGHT A CANDLE

In January 1995 a Counter-terrorism bill was introduced in Congress. It stood no chance of passage due to the fact it would devastate our Bill of Rights.

Three months later on April 19^th the Federal Building in Oklahoma City was bombed. A month later the U.S. Senate passed the Counter-Terrorism Bill by a vote of 98 to 1. The Bill was sent to the House but before they voted, patriots warned of the loss of constitutional rights. Many of the more restrictive clauses were removed from the bill. When they did pass it, President Clinton signed it into law, complaining about the loss of restrictive powers.

This failure to pass a more stringent terrorist bill set the stage for a more comprehensive Counter-Terrorism Bill. Hence, on September 11, 2001, attacks killing thousands brought about passage of the misnamed “Patriot Act.” This bill put back into the law those “rights-robbing” clauses taken out earlier.

You see, we are being manipulated into giving up rights for safety. This is the same old modus operandi (M.O.) used down through the ages to enslave the people. Greece, Rome, Germany. It works so well because the sleepy masses never seem to catch on.

After government atrocities against many citizens such as Gordon Kahl, Ruby Ridge, Waco and others, patriots formed militias for the purpose of holding the government responsible for violating citizen rights.

It has been a long-standing policy of federal agencies to use agents-provocateur to infiltrate organizations, commit illegal acts then arrest the members they have involved.

I have a book entitled “The Terrorism Industry.” It states on page 225 that “In the United States, the FBI has long engaged in agent-provocateur actions, urging violence on penetrated dissident organizations and carrying out direct acts of violence, then attributed to the individuals or organizations under attack.”

It was an agent provocateur who set up Randy Weaver at Ruby Ridge in 1992. It is called entrapment. In Macon, Georgia, a militiaman was approached by an agent suggesting they make pipe bombs to use at the Olympic Games. The militiaman turned him down and walked away whereupon the agent placed bomb components on the man’s property, got a search warrant, recovered the components and had the man arrested. The jury found the man guilty because they just could not believe their government could do such a thing. This should show you how pathetically naive citizens of America can be.

This is the same softening up process seen around the world where free nations have been prepared for take over by communist butchers.

This same tactic was used to entrap the Viper Militia in Arizona, the West Virginia militia and the Washington State Citizens Militia right here in Whatcom County.

Ed Maeurer was a convicted felon in Whatcom County jail where he established himself as an accepted snitch. His transfer from jail to undercover FBI informant certainly would have needed the Sheriff’s knowledge. Sheriff Dale Brandland was elected by the citizens of the county to protect all the citizens from criminal action. Had he done his job, the law-breaking federal agents would have been told “not in my county.”

When released from jail, Maeurer went to work for the FBI as an under-cover agent provocateur to infiltrate the Washington State Citizens Militia. He reported to resident agent Ramon Garcia of the Bellingham FBI office that he saw a box of hand grenades, six M-16 rifles and a case of dynamite in militia director John Pitner’s garage. This was a lie. Maeurer told this lie to gain prestige and money for his work. Prior to the trial, Maeurer failed three lie detector tests but the prosecution proceeded anyway. Acting on this false information, agent Garcia called a district alert and sent in special agent Michael German to work with snitch Maeurer.

Before snitch Maeurer and FBI agent German entered the militia organization, it had been falling apart. There had been a dispute over some missing funds, so they hadn’t been having meetings. The Washington State Citizens Militia was not functional. Not to be foiled by this state of affairs, these agents-provocateur set about reorganizing the militia. Using federal funds, they rented space at the Haskell Industrial Center in Bellingham, WA and opened up a surplus store, ostensibly to sell military surplus items the militia people would be interested in.

In order to get the former militia people to come to the surplus store where they had a trap set, they told another lie; that they would have a settlement of the missing money issue. Some were hesitant to come but relented when the agents pleaded with them.

One militia participant was an immature 23-year-old who came from a broken family and was looking for a father image. Undercover agent German took this young man under his wing and spent a lot of time grooming him. They went out on drinking sprees and while under the influence, this young man was engaged in conversations about how to build pipe bombs and about blowing up bridges and railroad tunnels. All the while the undercover agent was wearing a wire (tape recorder). Big talk instigated by a shrewdly trained FBI agent brought out some very damaging evidence to be used by the prosecution. It was all just loose talk but the num-nums (the jury) went for it.

Of the 12 citizens on the jury, there was one who had recently become a naturalized citizen from the Philippines. He knew about justice and the rule of law. He was the lone hold-out for acquittal. When the rest of the jury couldn't get him to vote guilty, they came out of the jury room and asked the judge to remove this one individual. Even a crooked judge couldn't do that so a hung jury resulted. Can you imagine! Eleven jurors were so dumb they didn't understand the basic principle — that the rule of law demands that a guilty verdict be an unanimous vote for conviction and you can't keep getting new jurors until the vote comes out for conviction.

One defendant pleaded guilty to a charge of selling an illegal weapon, another was dismissed for lack of evidence. The rest of the arrested militiamen were held for a second trial that never came. Four years behind bars awaiting a second trial without being found guilty.

Federal Judge John C. Coughenour repeatedly told the attorneys not to disclose the fact that convicted felon Ed Maeurer had failed three lie detector tests. When the jury was seated, the judge told the jury there was no evidence in the transcript, by suppression, that Ed Maeurer has failed any lie detector test. There was evidence but not in the court process.

The fact that Ed Maeurer failed the lie detector test was crucial. Perhaps a conviction if kept out, not guilty if allowed in. Justice right or wrong, ethics played no part in the decision. Can there be any doubt about the corruption in our court system when the establishment’s goal is to put down those who question the perversion of our sacred principles?

The Citizens Rule Book was entered into evidence as defense exhibit F14. This booklet was confiscated by the FBI from one of the men when arrested. He carried these booklets with him at all times and distributed them to anyone he met. The defense wanted this booklet entered into evidence and it was entered into evidence over the objection of the prosecutor. The booklet begins with a thirty-one-page history of the jury system followed by a reprint of the United States Constitution. The cover of the booklet has a picture of Minutemen with a flag in the background. The judge later joined the prosecution wanting the booklet removed as evidence because the booklet instructs that the juror is both a trier of fact and of the law. Since the booklet was entered as evidence, to remove the offending pages would be evidence tampering. But that is precisely what they did. They redacted the offending pages, made copies of the acceptable pages and even covered up the page numbers so the jury would not know the evidence had been tampered with.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brandeis is his opinion in Olmstead v. United States, 277 US 433, 485, 48 S.Ct. 575 (1928) wrote:

“Decency, security, and liberty alike demand that government officials shall be subjected to the same rules of conduct that are commands to the citizen. In a government of laws, existence of the government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law, scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole people by example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for the law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy. To declare that in the administration of the criminal law the end justifies the means – to declare that the government may commit crimes in order to secure the conviction of a private criminal – would bring terrible retribution. Against that pernicious doctrine this court should resolutely set its face.”

The federal judiciary has many examples of jurists holding a constitutional view toward “The People’s” rights, as in Racine v. California, 342 US 165, 72 S.Ct. 205 (1952):

“There is no justification for the knowing and deliberate violation of the rights of individuals.”

Now dear uninformed member of the educable masses, are you beginning to understand why the patriot movement became a threat to our corrupt system of government? Those of us, who will stand up against these criminals, are targeted. Our country has experienced repeated terrorist acts designed to compel Congress to pass anti-terrorist legislation so they can take away our Bill of Rights exposing patriots to prosecution by corrupt courts.

After the Oklahoma City bombing, KGMI Radio and the Bellingham Herald joined with Northwest Coalition for Human Dignity to demonize Citizens For Liberty as being an “extremist hate group.”

This attempt to link patriots to terrorism also included the citizen militia groups that had been forming in response to atrocities being committed by the federal government against our citizens.

Shortly after the Oklahoma City catastrophe, this writer received phone calls from the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, KGMI Radio, KING TV of Seattle, the Bellingham Herald, and the Washington Post. All wanting to know what I had to say about the bombing. Why? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that I am on some kind of list. Why? Who prepared the list? I can tell you.

Two ideologies are vying for control of America’s mind. There are patriots who wish to preserve our unique system of self-government; then there are those who would turn our nation into a mere state in a socialist/communist world government under the United Nations.

These socialists have so little to offer in justifying their position that they must resort to subterfuge. They call patriots vile names. We are labeled these epithets; Nazi, KKK, Anti-Semitic, hate person, racist, extremist. Anything to discredit and demonize.

Some of these Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s) are Southern Poverty Law Center, Anti-Defamation League, Human Rights Task Force, Coalition Against Malicious Harassment, and Coalition for Human Dignity. They compile lists of those who have been vocal in support of the U.S. Constitution. These are the real “hate” groups, fomenting and agitating against those people with the scales removed from their eyes.

The controlled news media in support of these NGO’s have taken up the chant of “HATE” to convince the uninformed that patriots are responsible for these terrorist acts. That is the reason for the list.

Lenin set the tone for these socialists when he said, “We can and must write in a language which sows among the masses hate, revolution, scorn, and the like, toward those who disagree with us.”

The controlled press built up hysteria and hate in the minds of the public and Congress who passed the Omnibus CounterTerrorist Bill by a vote of 98 to 1. That’s “legislation by assassination.” You see that tragedy was engineered for the purpose of passing legislation stripping Americans of their Constitutional rights. As well as subsequent events to September 11, 2001.

Within a month after the attacks on the Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, Congress passed the second counter terrorism bill to reinstate those clauses taken out of the 1995 terrorism act.

There is a mountain of evidence pointing to federal government complicity in the OKC bombing. Why else would they cover it up? Do you recall, on the day of the bombing, press reports of other bombs being found in the building? After those first reports, there has been no more said about them. Why was no residue found from the unburned fertilizer? Why would several explosive experts state that damage to the interior of the building could not have been from a fertilizer bomb in the street? Why did the government demolish the remains and haul it away without allowing the defense to examine it? Why was none of this information allowed at the trial of McVeigh and Nichols? Recall this same M.O. at the militia trial in Washington State; withholding information from the jury.

A former member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff reports that three hit lists are being maintained by U.S. Intelligence. The lists are color-coded, red, blue and green. These lists contain the names of citizens who may be rounded up when martial law is declared. He said there are 6.5 million names on the blue list alone. Martial law will be declared when enough terrorist attacks demand it.

There is abundant evidence that the FBI had prior knowledge of the terrorist attacks planned at Oklahoma City, Washington, D.C., and the New York Trade Center (both 1993 and 2001). Don’t buy the excuse that it was a lack of communication.

To find who is responsible for a crime, look to see who benefits. It is an age-old dream of tyrants to rule the world. The independence of America, provided by our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, stands in their way. Americans are being conditioned to believe they must relinquish their rights for security.

Directly after the September 11, 2001 attacks, right on cue, the num-nums cried, “I will willingly give up my rights for security.” Also, right on cue, Congress obliged by passing the 342 page misnamed “Patriot Act” without even reading it. The Administration issued a three-page compendium upon which Congress voted to erode our precious rights.

With examples such as this, it can be concluded that the decline of our nation is the result of a lack of integrity by our elected representatives in Congress.

It’s an old tactic to use fear to manipulate the untrained masses into giving up their liberties. Citizens are being conditioned by a series of arranged tragedies to give up our rights so we can be comfortably merged into a world socialist/communist United Nations.

Under the United Nations Charter, a World Parliament made up of appointed delegates will make laws governing Americans. Taxation without representation. No due process.

Nations with less than one million population would have a vote equal to the United States. They will vote to drain the United States of our resources, industry and rights. Terrorist nations who hate America will rejoice at the opportunity to bring the United States down. We shall be reduced to abject poverty in a socialist/communist oligarchy.

There will be a world taxing system, an international Criminal Court, a United Nations Army and a singular world sanctioned religion, all in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

The downfall of our Republic is being engineered by a cabal of unelected elitists who control the military/industrial complex, who in turn control both major political parties and the establishment press.

We the citizens have the obligation to seek out the truth by subscribing to publications dedicated to restoring the principles upon which our Republic was founded.

The book, “LONE PATRIOT: The Short Career Of An American Militiaman”, refers to self appointed Washington State Militia Director John Pitner. Jane Kramer authors the book.

I never was a member or attended any of the militia’s meetings. Some of the militia people came to our Citizens For Liberty meetings occasionally.

One of the methods used by the establishment hacks is to link those they wish to discredit to someone else’s record. For instance, Tim McVeigh, the patsy who took the fall for the bombing in Oklahoma City, never was a militia member. Hysteria was generated by the press to link McVeigh to the militia. I believe all these terrorist acts are instigated by undercover federal agents to create hysteria needed to pass anti-terrorist legislation taking away the constitutional rights of the citizens.

My name comes up throughout the book by Kramer. I have been outspoken in defense of liberty. I took an oath when I went into the Navy in 1943 to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution. I have never been relieved of that obligation. For forty years I have been outspoken in support of liberty. So author Kramer’s linking me with the militia was designed to discredit, since “militia” had become a bad word after the OKC bombing. Don’t you see, it’s all by design.

I am an individualist. Citizens For Liberty which I founded is unique; no membership, no dues, no roster, no call list. You see, outside forces have no control. We simply exercise our First Amendment right to free speech and assembly.

Free independent thinkers are the enemy of the collective state.

I do not speak for anyone else. They must do that for themselves.

I have read the book “LONE PATRIOT” by Jane Kramer. What a pack of half-truths, distortions, misconceptions and outright lies! Too many to itemize here. For starters, on page 54, “…under the aegis of a retired post office worker and conspiracy expert named Ben Hinkle. Ben was seventy-one, living on his government pension, …” The truth is the only time I have spent in a post office was to stand in line to buy stamps. So much for outright lies.

On page 55, “For a while Ben tried training with Alpha One. But his combat skills were more than a little creaky, and his taste for wilderness was nil.” I never trained with anyone Alpha One or anyone else. And I am a very experienced woodsman.

On page 56, “…on Valley Highway, swapping bomb recipes with the Alpha One leadership.” What a bald faced lie! I wouldn’t know one bomb component from another.

How can anyone with a conscience write such lies about ones reputation when the image generated would cause “hate and scorn.”? Recall what Lenin said?

My name comes up throughout the book. Most are at least misleading or complete fabrications. If these false statements distort my image, what is the balance of the book like?

The only meetings I attended were Citizens For Liberty meetings that I chaired. I did go to a friend’s bible study meeting where there were several militia members. I spoke to the group on Christian influence in founding our nation. I told them that to join a group, put on a camouflage suit and announce you are the militia was to target yourself. The feds will infiltrate and entrap you. Six months later they were infiltrated and arrested by FBI agents-provocateur. John Pitner argued with me because he wanted to recruit more members.

I found Jane Kramer’s use of foul language excessive. She certainly couldn’t have been present when these alleged conversations took place. So how did she know these foul expressions were used? As a man I have been around groups of men but I have never heard so much foul talk as Jane Kramer uses in this book. This has the effect of painting the group in a bad light. That is the intent of course. Remember what Lenin said?

On Page 114, Kramer quotes John Pitner as saying, “But how come at least Ben’s wife lasted (as a patriot wife) twenty five years? Mine couldn’t last five.” I can’t believe John said that. For one thing, at that time my wife and I had been married fifty years. What a useless statement! Kramer obviously wanted to continue bringing my name to attention. Why? Was I one of the most prominent of those “crazies?” The theme behind the entire book?

On page 209, the use of the word “crazies” to describe those Kramer doesn’t agree with comes easy. I am personally called “crazy” on page 209.

In her book “LONE PATRIOT”, Kramer has provided us with a classic example of how a triad of journalists, federal agencies and the courts have joined forces to put down any upstart patriot movement dedicated to restoring those principles provided by our founders establishing equal justice for us all.

I can cite you similar actions having taken place all across the fifty states. It is the same old M.O. NGO’s attack patriotic citizens with charges of hate, with the support of the press and federal agents infiltrating to entrap patriots to be imprisoned in the American gulag. There are more political prisoners in this “land of the free” than any other country in the world.

Paul de Armond, one of Jane Kramer’s confidants from the Human Rights Task Force (NGO) who came to several Citizens For Liberty meetings to gather information for criticism, has told people that I had “pulled a knife on him.” That is a ridiculous charge. I would never do such a thing to anyone. Anytime I have ever been around Paul de Armond has been at open meetings with many others at hand. No one else has witnessed such an act. Once a charge such as that is made it can never be fully retracted. No matter how much it is denied, it will always be a question. Remember what Lenin said about “sowing among the masses hate, revolution, scorn, and the like, toward those who disagree with us.”

Kramer covers the events of the Washington State militia trial quite well. However one very significant happening was the tampering with evidence when the court redacted defense exhibit F14, The Citizens Rule Book and Jury Handbook as explained earlier in this report. Kramer doesn’t report this very important aspect of the trial. Was it because it clearly exposes the criminal intent of the court to find the defendants guilty even at the cost of breaking the law?

On page 21 of her book, she admits that she is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR), the liberal internationalist cabal advocating world government. Do you see why she is interested in demonizing those who would retain our independence? That is why The New Yorker magazine sent her out to Northwestern Washington to do a number on patriotic law abiding citizens.

I can’t really speak for the others attacked by Kramer in her book LONE PATRIOT. But from my familiarity with the individuals and my understanding of their motives, I wish to say that none wanted to overthrow the government. In fact, their entire concern was based on the desire to restore our lawful government under the supreme law of the land, our U.S. Constitution.

Why is it that those who really support lawful government should be ostracized, belittled and prosecuted by usurpers who have broken the legitimate laws of our Republic?

Any talk by members of the militia indicating they were planning to blow up tunnels, bridges or killing people was “booze” talk, prompted by FBI undercover agent Michael German wearing a tape recorder.

My only and entire effort has been education. You see, people will be enslaved by military force and will be free only by knowledge.

The entire episode was instigated by the paid-for lies of a hired and convicted felon, subterfuge by law-less federal agents, complicity by a prostituted press and a lawbreaking federal court.

Justice was trampled on right here in our once great free Republic.

Since Jane Kramer’s assessment of myself is so flawed, the following questions arise. How much truth is there in what she says about John Pitner and others? We must keep this question in mind. Why all this expense and effort generated by the New Yorker to misinform the public? My answer is that it is to put down a patriotic citizen movement to restore our legally constituted government.
