I have been sent a copy of volume 1, number 1, of a publication entitled Free Speech. On the front page of the issue is an article by Krassimir Ivandjiiski, purporting to describe drug trafficking in Montana. I also understand that the article is accessible on the Internet. A number of libelous statements and defamatory untruths are included in the article, including statements that I have a history of drug abuse and that I am a recovering alcoholic.

By this letter I am demanding a retraction of the article's contents, an explanation for its publication, and a reason why further legal action should not be taken against you and your newspaper.
