Since the "MOTION FOR NEEDED EVIDENCE", a motion requesting evidence

concerning the Olympic Park bombing, by Nancy Lord was filed (those who

do not have copy, e-mail to citizen@mindspring.com), at least 3 other

persons have been "intimidated" by ATF agents for government testimony.

One of the three had never been to a Militia meeting.



We have learned that our shorthand expert has another commitment and

cannot attend the trial.



If anyone has contact with a shorthand expert, and such experts can be

available for trial, please let us know. We are very low on resources,

but will compensate for time in court.



This is very important. In this case, transcripts have already been

altered or missing.



Jack McLamb, Arron Zellman, Mike Kemp and others are expected to testify

on behalf of the defense.



All attending the 09/03/96 Rally should bring binoculars, radios (2M

preferred), 8mm fully automatic assault camera, saturday night special

video cameras, and scanners. The dress code is RED, WHITE, and BLUE. If

you wear cammos, we'll just assume you're with the ATF.



The battle begins September 3rd.....
