I had Mike Perrin (Tennessee Volunteer Militia) on my show Friday and he

said all three guys (Starr, McCranie, Spain) will be appearing in

federal court on September 3rd. There will be a large, day-long rally in

front of the court house that day as well. Mike also said that at

present, Bob Starr and Jimmy McCranie are sharing the same jail cell...



Although Nancy Lord (obviously) is not one of my favorite people, I have

no reason to believe, and there is nothing to suggest that she 'cut a

deal'. This type of rumor-mongering is counter-productive to say the

least.
