We just got off a three-way conference call with Bob Starr and C.J. Prince.

C.J. Prince is one of Nancy Lord's staffers. 



Bob was arrested at approximately 9:00 am by the ATF and a local sheriff,

while on his brother's property. Bob and his wife are currently living 

with Bob's parents, who live about 5 houses from his brother. He is in the

process of rehabing a trailor on his brother's property that he and his

wife bought and were going to put onto property they own. He keeps his 

electrical supplies at his brother's place, and had stopped there to pick 

up some items to take to an electrical job. 



Bob did not resist arrest and was not harmed physically. He was read his 

rights, but has yet to see a warrant. He was not allowed to make any calls 

until 7:00pm EST.



Bond hearing will be held at 9:00am Monday, before a U.S. Magistrate in 

the Federal District Court, Macon, Georgia.



Bob's in as good spirits as can be expected and appreciates everyone's 

concern.
