RESOLUTION

Findings on the lawful authority or dereliction of officials of the United States.

Resolved by the Delegates of the Continental Congress 2009 assembled, that we adopt the following Declaration of Nonauthority, and urge adoption by other citizens' groups across the United States.

Further –

That two votes be held:

1. The first on whether to debate and vote on each of the items in the Declaration of Nonauthority separately, with a negative vote being a decision to debate and vote on all items together; and

2. A vote on the entire Declaration of Nonauthority.
