You seem to agree with Robert Bork in deeming the Ninth Amendment an "inkblot", but the Bill of Rights was taken from the proposed amendments of the state ratifying conventions, some made explicit in the first eight amendments, and the rest lumped into the Ninth. Would you entertain argument that the rights contained in the Ninth Amendment at least include that remainder?
