JOHN DOE #2 IDENTIFIED: BUT CAN WE GET THE FBI TO ARREST HIM? THE STORY OF THE EVENTS THAT WILL EXPOSE THE OKLAHOMA CITY BOMBING TRUTH BY MIKE VANDERBOEGH COMMANDER THE FIRST ALABAMA CAVALRY REGIMENT CONSTITUTIONAL MILITIA JOHN DOE #2 IDENTIFIED; BUT CAN WE GET THE FBI TO ARREST HIM? NOTE: 1ACR has been assisting Glenn & Kathy Wilburn with their private investigation of the Oklahoma City bombing and the search for ALL of the killers of their two grandchildren and 166 other Americans. The analysis below is my own, and it should be made clear that I do not presume to speak for the Wilburns. The Wilburns are two very courageous Americans who have suffered much in their search for the truth. Other Oklahoma City victims have criticized the Wilburns for seeking to get McVeigh off the hook. Nothing could be further from the truth. None of the information that they or their many volunteer helpers have discovered (of which I am but one) exculpates Timothy McVeigh. McVeigh was the truck driver, and a key player in the plot. What we are after is the rest of the bombers and the murdering bastards that sent them and sheltered them after the fact. JOHN DOE TIMES Vol. II, No. 4 9 October 1996 OUR MOTTO: "SIC SEMPER RODENTIA" IN THIS ISSUE: "THOSE GUYS ARE INTO IT UP TO THEIR HEADS." But first, a word from our Editor: O.K. folks, the latest "smoking hot gospel" out of NBC is: NBC Nightly News, Monday, 14 October, Mike Boettcher's story on "Timmy, Mikey and Andy Try to Get Laid in the Back of the Second Van." I would expect that if NBC doesn't run it, that someone else hot on their trail will. There are more indications that the Pulitzer race is about to begin, and some previously docile news-horses are become frisky in the starting gate. I notice the FBI has recently renewed it's $2,000,000.00 reward for information about the OKC bombing conspirators. Do you think they'll give it to J.D. Cash after Monday night? Hmmm, maybe I can wrap up all the back issues of John Doe Times and send 'em to DC...... Naw, they've already got 'em by way of court ordered email intercept.... or is it a "black bagger"? Hey! I just had an idea! If they won't give J.D. or me the money, this may be an opportunity for Esther Millar. Esther, honey, this is your lucky day. When the money becomes as serious as "two mill", its not "selling out your lover" but making an "investment for your future." Of course, you'd better hurry. There's a long line forming at the "Let's Make a Deal Window." Maybe Mikey's in front of you already. "WHERE'S KIRK ("WALDO") LYINS???? NO COMMENT FROM KIRK LYINS LATELY. Has he fallen off the neo-Nazi turnip truck? Has he dumped "Little Orphan Andy" as a bad investment? Where's our shining k-k-knight in blood-spattered, rapidly rusting armor? No comment on the Smith civil suit? No comment on where he was the day of the bombing? No comment on Timmy, Mikey and Andy in the Tulsa titty bar? We hear his erstwhile Aryan in-laws are starting to take a new view of him. Not surprising. But where's Kirk?!?!?!? The FBI knows. Every word. "'E's scarpered. 'E's buggered off! The cowardly sod." Monty Python and the Holy Grail. "But Mom, there were bunches of cockroaches here before I turned on the light." RE: Arrest of Phineas Priesthood Idaho Boys in Washington State on Bank Robbery and Bombing Charges. We'll have details in an upcoming John Doe Times, as well as Richard Butler's reaction, under the headline: POOR PEE-PEE'S POPPED, PASTOR POOH-POOHS PANTS -- Mike Vanderboegh, 1 ACR And now, without further ado: The Nashville Tennessean 8 October 1996 OKLAHOMA BOMB SUIT FILED Family Accuses Ex-Tennessean. By Laura Frank A man with Tennessee ties has been named in a wrongful-death lawsuit filed on behalf of two childrean killed in the Oklahoma City bombing. Andreas Carl (Andy) Strassmeir-- a German national who claimed a Knoxville address and was issued a Tennessee driver's license-- is accused in the civil complaint of assisting in the bombing that killed 168 people April 19, 1995. Edye Ann Smith, 24, the mother of the two children, believes Strassmeir, his former roommate Michael Brescia and Michael Fortier helped Timothy McVeigh plan and place a 4,800 pound bomb at the base of the Oklahoma City federal building on April 19, 1995. Smith's two sons, Chase, 3, and Colton, 2, were at the child-care center in the building that day. Both died. "After a year-and-a-half of many different individual investigators and reporters digging into the bombing, what really happened is coming to light," Smith told The Tennessean last night. "Those guys are into it up to their heads. If they were involved, they need to be punished." Smith's attorney, Larry Oliver, said the three men were added to a suit previously filed against McVeigh, who is awaiting trial on federal murder charges. Oliver said witnesses claim they saw the men together at a Tulsa, Okl., strip club days before the bombing. He said McVeigh was talking about the bombing then, before it happened. "These people apparently got together and let some other people know they knew something about the bombing." Strassmeir, who returned to Germany (eight) months after the bombing, could not be reached there for comment last night. In an interview with The Tennessean earlier this year, he denied having any connection to the bombing. Brescia, reportedly from Philadelphia, could not be found; his whereabouts are unkown; Fortier, who pleaded guilty to knowing about the bomb plot and is assisting prosecutors in their criminal case against McVeigh, also could not be found. The civil case, filed in El Reno, Okla., is unrelated to the criminal case, which will be heard in Denver. Smith's suit seeks $20 million, but she also wants to question the defendants under oath. Strassmeir obtained a Tennessee driver's license in 1992, claiming a Knoxville address, before moving to a white seperatist religious compound in eastern Oklahoma. He lived with Brescia at the compound, called Elohim City. At least three eyewitnesses told The Tennessean earlier this year they saw Strassmeir in Junction City, Kansas. This is where prosecutors allege McVeigh and codefendant Terry Nichols bought and stockpiled the ingredients of a fertilizer bomb, and where McVeigh is charged with renting a truck and filling it with the explosive combination of ammonium nitrate and diesel fuel. One witness also said she attended parties where McVeigh, Strassmeir and Brescia were guests. Strassmeir says he met McVeigh only once, casually in October, 1994, at a gun show in Tulsa. "I don't know this McVeigh guy," Strassmeir told The Tennessean in a telephone interview from Berlin earlier this year. "We met at a gun show once and talked for five minutes." Moreover, Strassmeir told The Tennessean he has never been to Kansas, claims to have an alibi for the weeks before the bombing and says he knows nothing about the bomb. ************************************************************
